[Resolved] Cinepolis India — 50% discount not received on my yes bank credit card | |||
Hello all, i am having credit card of yes bank ltd and i get the e mail from yes bank that there is 50% discount on my credit card on purchase of 2 tickets on weekend and i have purchased two ticket of inr 220 from your cinepolis theatre, imperial sqaure, adajan, surat, gujarat on 25/03/2018 but i am not getting 50% discount and accordingly i contacted yes bank customer care and as per them my card swiep detail shown imperial square mall s surat ind instead of cinepolis and they denied to give me any credit, now you people let me know how i come to know what is the swipe detail come on my credit card statement and this seems simply cheating by cinepolis and this is not accepted and if here my complaint not resolved then i will take this matter to twitter so people came to know how cinepolis was cheated people. Money got deducted but got no tickets. Even your error page showed money will not get deducted but it did. What a rubbish website!
