Cinepolis India — Amount debited but didn't got the movie tickets | |||
I have booked 2 tickets for NO TIME TO DIE at cinepolis DLF AVENUE Saket for 3rd October 2021 1:30 pm show from cinepolis app. The app was so buggy and slow, but still I continued booking, and after some time Rs 657 was debited from the bank account . I want refund of my booking as I haven't got the tickets yet.
