[Resolved] Cinepolis India — amount deducted but no tickets booked on cinepolis app through ccavenue payment gateway | |
I transferred rs 1004 via googlepay upi on 8th november 2019 for which no ticket was generated on cinepolis app. Payment gateway was ccavenue. Kindly refund my money. Google pay upi transaction id[protected] Ccavenue has confirmed that my transaction was successful and that cinepolis has indeed received the money. Also i talked to googlepay which stated that the utr number cannot be generated without the money having been successfully transferred and that the merchant's bank had confirmed having received the payment but cinepolis keeps denying having received the money and they are not replying to my emails. We would like to inform you that we have checked our system and found that the amount was not received by us and hence we are unable to refund. Furthermore, we request you to get in touch with your bank for further assistance. Moreover, we request you to get back to us with the updated bank statement if the amount is not credited within 7 working days from the date of the transaction.
