[Resolved] Cinepolis India — Amount deducted but ticket not booked, Looking for Refund

Kishore Anand from Chennai, India. I booked a ticket for Vendhu Thanindhathu Kaddu at BSR Mall Chennai (Thoraipakkam). The payment was done through Gpay. The amount was deducted but the ticket was not booked. I checked my email (including spam) but there was no confirmation email. Refund was not initiated. I have attached the screenshot of the booking screen and the payment for your reference.

Kindly do the needful, please and initiate the "refund". Many thanks!
