[Resolved] Cinepolis India — amount deducted but tickets not received | |||||
An amount of ₹1200 for 4 tickets was deducted from my credit card but I did not receive the tickets. I was trying to book tickets for Sanju Movie for 08 Jul’18 for 4:30pm show i. ETA mall cinepolis in Bangalore from my registerd mobile number [protected] I have the deduction mail & message from my credit card provider. Please help to get me my refund or the tickets.
