[Resolved] Cinepolis India — booking rejected but cash deducted | |||||
On 04 may 2017, i tried to book a movie ticket via cinepolis android app at cinepolis kochi. I tried 3 times & every time the transaction failed, but an amount of rs170.18 was deducted each time from my account. First 2 times, i tried via sbi maestro debit card & the 3rd time i used federal bank mastercard debit card. I received ccavenue txn#s for the first 2 transactions; they are:[protected] &[protected]. For the 3rd transaction, the reference is given as "to ecm/3883/aip*cinepolis india pr\aip*c". I tried contacting payment gateway ccavenue but no response from their side & when i contacted cinepolis via email ([protected]@cinepolis.com), i got a reply on 08 june 2017 that refund has been processed. I still haven't got any refunds & no utr number was provided. After that, no response from cinepolis. Total refund amounts to rs510.54. My phone# is [protected]. Was this information helpful? | |||||
