Cinepolis India — Cinepolis India money deducted from account ticket not booked

I had tried to book a ticket for Pushpa 2 the rule in 3rd December 2024, in Cinépolis Orion East Mall Bangalore, Bansalwadi, Bengaluru, India.

I paid 406.80 INR, my money got deducted but my ticket is not confirmed.
