I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the delay in the screening of the movie I had booked for at your Cinepolis Gokulam, Kozhikode on April 13th. My booking was for the 1:00 PM show, but I was only allowed inside the theatre after 1 pm and movie started at 1:13 PM.
Such delays are frustrating, as they disrupt the movie-watching experience and cause inconvenience to paying customers. Furthermore, despite the delay, repeated advertisements were played before the movie, further wasting our time and extending the waiting period unnecessarily. We entered the theatre 10 minutes prior and there was no seat left in waiting area. If you plan to screen advertisements it should be prior the specified screening time.
As a customer, I expect timely screenings and a smooth experience when visiting your theatre. I would appreciate an explanation for this delay and request that Cinepolis ensures better management in the future to prevent such issues.
One of the executive from Cinepolis called me and stated that if the show time is mentioned as 1pm, then they will allow only at 1pm inside the theatre and whatever mentioned as show time is the entry time and not the actual time of the movie start time. Is this statement true? I haven't heard anything like this before. So I just need written confirmation so that I can move forward ahead legally.
After this I haven't heard anything from Cinepolis for the last one week. [protected]@cinepolis.com is the mail id to which I wrote above sentences. But it seems to be they are very light on this and reckless. Very pathetic customer service. Was this information helpful? |
