[Resolved]  Cinepolis India — credit card charged but tickets not booked

I have booked tickets for dunkirk on july 20 for july 22.. 10 am show at royal meenakshi mall bangalore but however the tickets were not confirmed and i was charged on my card.
Pls refund the money i request you to not confirm the ticket and refund the money

Today is the 4th day and i am yet to receive my refund.
Everyday i get a response that "we are looking into the matter, please allow us sometime"
I Think 4 days is more than enough time.Why is it taking so long to refund?
I may have to take a legal action if there is any further delay

Today is the fifth day and I have still not received my refund.
From the past five days you have kept me waiting saying things like team will get in touch shortly but no one ever does.
And I have been put in the dark regarding this matter.
I hope today I will get my money back.
I am ready to file a case otherwise.

Its been a week since i booked and i am yet to receive a refund.
And because of this delay i had to endure further loss because someone saw this complaint and with my phone number mentioned called me claiming to be from cinepolis and asked for card details so that refund could be processed which i had given and he had looted me of 36K.
And this website doesn't accept a complaint unless a phone number is given.
If you had refunded me immediately without any delay i woudn't have faced this situation.

Its been 10 days and i am yet to receive my refund.
The common response everyday is Please allow us some time our team is working on your concern we will get back with an update shortly.
However the update never comes.
Pls Refund my money.

These transactoins above are fraud and not authorized.
I have blocked the card minutes after i saw the sms alerts.
The customer care executive informed me that these transactions are still in pending state and we will freeze it by blocking the card and reverse the amount.
But for reversal the executive informed me to fill the dispute form which i have immediately did and i got an email that it would be responded to within 3 working days
However i have not received a response.
You can please look at the location at which these transactions took place for further proof.
Its not used in where i usually use the card.
Please reverse the fraud amount asap.
I have already sent the emails so kindly look at them to.
The emails are not getting responded to hence i am complaining here.

Above msg wrong thread but i had to face this because of your negligence in refunding my money.

I have been patient enough and beared and cooperated with you until now.
I never expected this behavior considering your repute.

Sir cinepolis amritsar celebration mall the ticket staff always forcefully sell food coupons along with tickets...kindly clear this disprency regarding this..it should not be mandatory ...
Movie i watched was black prince at cinepolis celebration mall amritsar in audi 4 .. Seat was r3 and r4...the ticket selling staff is very unfreindly
