I recently visited Cineopolis DLF AVENUE SAKET Delhi and I have heard that there are CCTV CAMERAS installed inside AUDITORIUMS as well. I also noticed some flickering red lights when I was there. Is it true? Why aren’t the moviegoers informed beforehand about the same?...

Amount deducted from UPI bank but ticket not booked

I booked 3 tickets for article 370 Nexus Seawoods Navi Mumbai today for the 3 March 10.30 AM show. The money was deducted from my account but the tickets were not booked. Used the Cinepolis website and Upi for payment

Rs.60 ticket was always blocked for online booking

I have been a long customer of Cinepolis and saw that the Rs.60 ticket was always unavailable for online booking in Bookmy Show and other ticket booking platforms as well. Failed ticket booking refund not received

I have tried to booked the 2 tickets for Gader-2 on 17th August 2023 through Cinepolis website. They are using CC Avenue gatway for their payment processing. Ticket Cancellation and Refund

I recently booked Oppenheimer tickets at Nexus Seawoods, Nerul. After the payment, I realised I booked it for the wrong timings. I spent about 1900 on these tickets. I wanted to cancel but there was no option for cancellation. I know it was a mistake on my part but please make a cancel option available. You guys already ask 200Rs for charges. IMAX Oppenheimer Nexus Westend Pune

This is in regards to the IMAX ticket pricing of Oppenheimer at Cinepolis Nexus Westend, Pune. The tickets for IMAX have been priced starting from ₹1050/- while the same movie has IMAX tickets in Mumbai and Bangalore starting from ₹300/-. This seems to be a grave error and hence needs to be rectified at the earliest. Many people are waiting for the correct prices to be listed so as to book them immediately....

Not getting subtitles with the show as promised

On 10.6.23 i booked a ticket for 'Por thozhil' with english subtitles at Cinepolis, SJR central mall, Arekere, Bannerghatta, Banglore. Even in e-posters at theater it was shown subtitles available for the show. However there was no subtitles with the show. I have travelled about 25 kms to get the subtitles and this is what i have come across. Hope you will address my concern....

Not getting movie tickets despite paying the money
