Amount debited but tickets not issued

I had placed an order for venom 2 tickets on 28/09/2024 for which I tried to book 3 times
The amount was debited from my account 3 times for the total value of ₹810 approx and the order was successful for which I’ve received and email as well After which I received an email that the tickets could not be booked .

Regarding Booking and refund

Dear Cinepolis Customer Support,

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I encountered while booking tickets through the Cinepolis app. I recently booked 3 tickets, and the payment was successfully processed. However, I have not received any confirmation for the tickets. Additionally, 140 redeem points have been deducted from my account.

I Ravi Kumar, contact no.- [protected], tried to book 2 tickets for "KALKI 2989 AD" through the Cinepolis app on the night of 2nd of August but the money amounting to a sum of rupees 462 was deducted and the tickets were never booked. Later the next day we had to make the payment again to watch the movie at the theater (Cinepolis, V3S mall laxminagar, Delhi) and the manager had assured us to get the refund in a few days but now nearly 3 weeks have passed and i haven't received it yet, hence i request you to please look into the matter as soon as possible and resolve the issue.The upi ref no.of the transaction was[protected].

    The sent me to 4 different counters for just a glass of water
    When i asked the manager he denied me for it
    Finally when i urged him he agreed to provide for the same
    I have full video of same

    Is it right and lawfull to behave and act in such a manner by this cinema hall chain

      Watched Deadpool vs Wolverine (English) on 29 July 2024 at Cinepolis, Aashima Mall, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh only to have the subtitles stuck halfway through the movie.

        Cctv Cameras inside auditoriums( cinepolis dlf avenue saket)

        I recently visited Cineopolis DLF AVENUE SAKET Delhi and I have heard that there are CCTV CAMERAS installed inside AUDITORIUMS as well. I also noticed some flickering red lights when I was there. Is it true? Why aren’t the moviegoers informed beforehand about the same?...

        I booked 2 tickets today from Cinepolis app for 'Bad newz' movie and also food and beverages. Total bill amount is Rs 1064 it got debited but I did not received the tickets. Also an email came from cinepolis that my Your order#[protected] is successful. But when I sent a mail to support @cinepolis.com with this order ID. They said it was not successful.           When I use CINEPOLIS25 code the payment page does not work. When the voucher code is removed, the payment page works. This is just a fake promotion wasting time and resources of consumers.

              They are not issuing and blocking second class tickets

              They are intentionally not selling the first row tickets which is cheaper. They are blocking it in system. And selling only the first two tickets for 180rs.

              I have booked a ticket on Cinepolis website. The payment has been done through UPI and the amount has been debited but yet I haven't received the ticket . And it's not even showing in the booking history the order id is #[protected]. Please check into it and give the ticket ir refund please

                  I tried to book 4 tickets of ‘Aavesham’ at Cinepolis mall of Travancore through cinepolis app on the date 09/04/2024. I paid using SBI debit card of my friend in the name ‘Akhil R Thambhi ’. 741 rupees was debited from the bank account whereas the tickets were not booked and we had to pay 741 again and booked tickets. The refund of 741 has still not been received in Akhil R Thambhi’s bank account. Please do something. Transaction details are given below.

                    I've been requesting for GST Invoice for the booking IDs in subject, but not receiving proper response till date. Clearly while booking, I was charged GST on both the values, but GST bill is only provided for ticket price.

                      Sir I booked 3 tickets for Godzilla ×king along with a large butter salt popcorn...I made the payment and my account was debited but my booking was unsuccessful... i kindly request you to refund my amount of Rs 1154 as it was deducted without the tickets being booked..i am attaching the required proofs with photos below.Also I got a message of refund being initiated but I didn't received it and neither I got to know about the status of Refund. Please see into this matter ASAP.

                          Extremely hot in waiting area

                          I came to watch godzilla 3d on 06.04.24 cinepolis janak, new delhi and while waiting I was extremely uncomfortable bcos there was no AC.
                          ON TALKING TO MANAGER HE TOLD THAT THIS HAS BEEN A PROBLEM FOR TWO YEARS AND THAT THERE IS NO SOLUTION....

                          Currently watching aadujeevitham goat life at DB mall, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, and the sound quality is very poor. Background music can be heard loudly but the cinema dialogues are very poor.
                          Also movie was supposed to be with subtitle, but its not available.

                            I visited Viviana Cinepolis today for a late night show and got a hot dog. The meat was stale and the bread was rotting.
                            I had a stomach ache from eating it just halfway. It's horrible how you okay with the health of customers
