Money Deducted but Ticket not Booked for Movie

Order ID[protected]
Money deducted worth ₹403.1 at around 11.16am on 10/02/2025 for movie Interstellar but ticket not booked. Already sent an email to [protected]@cinepolis.com but no response.
Want my money back asap with official communication through email that money has been refunded....

Tickets not booked but money got debited

Hello Team - I’ve booked ticket for 4DX Interstellar show at Seawoods Grand Central mall for Feb 8th 2025, 8.05pm. The money has been debited from my account but I haven’t received any movie tickets, neither in my booking history nor as an email/text message.

Please resolve this query asap.

payment made but ticket not loading

On 5th October, I booked 2 tickets for the movie ARM through the cinepolis website. However, I did receive the tickets and the page got stuck on some error. Money was debited from my account.

On contacting cinepolis via email, I was repeatedly told that "an update will be shared with you at the earliest". It is now December, after 7 emails back and forth, the support team has ghosted me....

Cinepolis India money deducted from account ticket not booked

I had tried to book a ticket for Pushpa 2 the rule in 3rd December 2024, in Cinépolis Orion East Mall Bangalore, Bansalwadi, Bengaluru, India.

I paid 406.80 INR, my money got deducted but my ticket is not confirmed.

Can you please refund my mony back. Here are the details of the transactions:

Amount debited but booking failed

I had made a payment for booking 4 tickets at CINEPOLIS DLF SAKET for 10:10Am show of bhool bhulaiya on 23rd November 2024.

The amount was debited but the tickets were not booked and the booking was not completed . I am attaching the screenshot of the same. Kindly reverse the charges ASAP.

I have just talked to my bank. They are saying that the amount has been debited from my account and even the transaction...

Amount debited but tickets not issued

I had placed an order for venom 2 tickets on 28/09/2024 for which I tried to book 3 times
The amount was debited from my account 3 times for the total value of ₹810 approx and the order was successful for which I’ve received and email as well After which I received an email that the tickets could not be booked .

I Ravi Kumar, contact no.- [protected], tried to book 2 tickets for "KALKI 2989 AD" through the Cinepolis app on the night of 2nd of August but the money amounting to a sum of rupees 462 was deducted and the tickets were never booked. Later the next day we had to make the payment again to watch the movie at the theater (Cinepolis, V3S mall laxminagar, Delhi) and the manager had assured us to get the refund in a few days but now nearly 3 weeks have passed and i haven't received it yet, hence i request you to please look into the matter as soon as possible and resolve the issue.The upi ref no.of the transaction was[protected].

    The sent me to 4 different counters for just a glass of water
    When i asked the manager he denied me for it
    Finally when i urged him he agreed to provide for the same
    I have full video of same

    Is it right and lawfull to behave and act in such a manner by this cinema hall chain

        I booked 2 tickets today from Cinepolis app for 'Bad newz' movie and also food and beverages. Total bill amount is Rs 1064 it got debited but I did not received the tickets. Also an email came from cinepolis that my Your order#[protected] is successful. But when I sent a mail to support @cinepolis.com with this order ID. They said it was not successful.           When I use CINEPOLIS25 code the payment page does not work. When the voucher code is removed, the payment page works. This is just a fake promotion wasting time and resources of consumers.

              They are not issuing and blocking second class tickets

              They are intentionally not selling the first row tickets which is cheaper. They are blocking it in system. And selling only the first two tickets for 180rs.

              I have booked a ticket on Cinepolis website. The payment has been done through UPI and the amount has been debited but yet I haven't received the ticket .
