Dear Cinépolis Customer Service,

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a deeply troubling incident that occurred at your Cinépolis Gwalior location during my visit to watch Kesari 2.

At the ticket counter, a staff member named "Manu" refused to sell tickets unless we purchased a food combo, claiming it was mandatory due to the low ticket prices. When I, along with other patrons, requested to see the official policy regarding this requirement, she became extremely rude, resorting to insults and inappropriate gestures.

This behavior was not only unprofessional but also unethical. Forcing customers to make additional purchases as a condition for buying tickets, without any written policy, amounts to fraudulent practice.

Despite bringing the matter to the attention of other staff members, no action was taken to address the issue or offer a resolution.

I request that this incident be investigated thoroughly and that appropriate action be taken against the staff involved. I also urge Cinépolis to ensure that such unethical practices are not repeated in the future.

    I booked a ticket at Cinepolis - BSR Chennai in Cinepolis Website for[protected], 04:05 PM Dragon movie and amount of Rs.986.35 for 5 tickets has been charged through UPI transaction but the ticket was not booking, it was failed. I didn't receive refund of the money for the failed transaction. Please resolve this issue.

        Hello Team - I’ve booked ticket for 4DX Interstellar show at Seawoods Grand Central mall for Feb 8th 2025, 8.05pm. The money has been debited from my account but I haven’t received any movie tickets, neither in my booking history nor as an email/text message.

        Please resolve this query asap.

          On 5th October, I booked 2 tickets for the movie ARM through the cinepolis website. However, I did receive the tickets and the page got stuck on some error. Money was debited from my account.

          On contacting cinepolis via email, I was repeatedly told that "an update will be shared with you at the earliest". It is now December, after 7 emails back and forth, the support team has ghosted me.

            I had tried to book a ticket for Pushpa 2 the rule in 3rd December 2024, in Cinépolis Orion East Mall Bangalore, Bansalwadi, Bengaluru, India.

            I paid 406.80 INR, my money got deducted but my ticket is not confirmed.

                I had made a payment for booking 4 tickets at CINEPOLIS DLF SAKET for 10:10Am show of bhool bhulaiya on 23rd November 2024.

                The amount was debited but the tickets were not booked and the booking was not completed . I am attaching the screenshot of the same. Kindly reverse the charges ASAP.

                I have just talked to my bank. They are saying that the amount has been debited from my account and even the transaction is approved by NPCI and has been credited to the beneficiary account Which is of HDFC bank.

                However, my booking was not confirmed and the tickets were not mailed to me. So I kindly request to refund the amount as soon as possible.

                    I had placed an order for venom 2 tickets on 28/09/2024 for which I tried to book 3 times
                    The amount was debited from my account 3 times for the total value of ₹810 approx and the order was successful for which I’ve received and email as well After which I received an email that the tickets could not be booked .

                      I Ravi Kumar, contact no.- [protected], tried to book 2 tickets for "KALKI 2989 AD" through the Cinepolis app on the night of 2nd of August but the money amounting to a sum of rupees 462 was deducted and the tickets were never booked. Later the next day we had to make the payment again to watch the movie at the theater (Cinepolis, V3S mall laxminagar, Delhi) and the manager had assured us to get the refund in a few days but now nearly 3 weeks have passed and i haven't received it yet, hence i request you to please look into the matter as soon as possible and resolve the issue.The upi ref no.of the transaction was[protected].

                        When i asked the manager he denied me for it
                        Finally when i urged him he agreed to provide for the same

                            I booked 2 tickets today from Cinepolis app for 'Bad newz' movie and also food and beverages. Total bill amount is Rs 1064 it got debited but I did not received the tickets. Also an email came from cinepolis that my Your order#[protected] is successful.                               When I use CINEPOLIS25 code the payment page does not work. When the voucher code is removed, the payment page works. This is just a fake promotion wasting time and resources of consumers.

                                  They are intentionally not selling the first row tickets which is cheaper. They are blocking it in system. And selling only the first two tickets for 180rs.
