Dear Cinépolis Customer Service,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a deeply troubling incident that occurred at your Cinépolis Gwalior location during my visit to watch Kesari 2.
At the ticket counter, a staff member named "Manu" refused to sell tickets unless we purchased a food combo, claiming it was mandatory due to the low ticket prices. When I, along with other patrons, requested to see the official policy regarding this requirement, she became extremely rude, resorting to insults and inappropriate gestures.
This behavior was not only unprofessional but also unethical. Forcing customers to make additional purchases as a condition for buying tickets, without any written policy, amounts to fraudulent practice.
Despite bringing the matter to the attention of other staff members, no action was taken to address the issue or offer a resolution.
I request that this incident be investigated thoroughly and that appropriate action be taken against the staff involved. I also urge Cinépolis to ensure that such unethical practices are not repeated in the future.
