Cinepolis India — Horrible 3D movie Experience in Cinepolis at VR mall, nagpur

The complaint is about the problem we as a whole audience faced during the screening of The Marvels in Cinepolis at VR mall on the 10th of November. I just wasn't able to get any solution from anyone neither the theatre owners nor the book my show looked into my concern so now I'm writing the complaint here. First, it was the night 3D show and they didn't start the show on time after the movie started the 3D experience was good but the audio of the theatre did not resonate with the movie's background music that wasn't a big problem but after the second half the experience has gone horrible. The 3D picture was not clear it was like the background characters were vibrating and not standing still and vibrations were all over the screen. The whole second half was unclear to see. It's hard to explain but everyone in the theatre was experiencing this and many did complain to the theatre owners but they didn't know anything why this was happening and they just weren't able to do anything. This was a very very bad experience and spoiled the whole movie experience for me. Please do something about this. I also faced this same 3D movie experience issue with Thor: Love and Thunder. Please do the needful and please make sure all the theatre prints are good in picture quality. I know you can't refund the money I spent but please I don't want anyone who goes to theatre and spoil their experience of movie watching.
