[Resolved] Cinepolis India — misbehaviour of sales girl at movies tickets counter | |||
So i was expecting my movie timing at 12:15pm of rs 1.15 that was normal and she handed me executive instead of that she given me a ticket of rs 150 at at1:15 and when i asked for the alteration she refused to do it and said its not her mistake although i clearly mentioned that i need current movie of 12:15pm. This was the first time i visited to cinepolis and was highly unsatisfied and ill never recommend any one to visit cinepolis Revert back at [protected] Kapil.
