[Resolved] Cinepolis India — money debited and refunds not done | |||||
Dear team, The transaction was done on 29th March on Cinepolis website. The money has been debited on my Paytm account both the times and the reversal is still pending. An amount totalling to rs. 1440 is at stake and after repeated follow ups on Facebook and mail they are not responding. Apart from the first response on both the places, they haven’t bothered to state a single line of revert. Details.
