[Resolved] Cinepolis India — Money deducted but no ticket confirmation. Worst service. No customer care no. to call | |||||
Hi I booked my ticket for 3PM show on 6th May 2017 at Cineolis Viviana Thane. Seat no. N9. Money equal INR 367.18 deducted but ticket not received. I do not even know if ticket is booked or not. Your website does not even provide any customer care no. After seeing a series of similar complaints below it looks lime this is very regular and done on purpose.
