[Resolved] Cinepolis India — Money deducted but no ticket confirmation. Worst service. No customer care no. to call

Hi I booked my ticket for 3PM show on 6th May 2017 at Cineolis Viviana Thane. Seat no. N9. Money equal INR 367.18 deducted but ticket not received. I do not even know if ticket is booked or not. Your website does not even provide any customer care no. After seeing a series of similar complaints below it looks lime this is very regular and done on purpose. When you cannot manage online ticket booking why are you trying to do that.

Updated by abhish89 Thanks resolved. But the ticket should be sent immediately once payment is done and not after hours of booking made.
