Cinepolis India — Money Deducted but Ticket not Booked for Movie

Money deducted worth ₹403.1 at around 11.16am on 10/02/2025 for movie Interstellar but ticket not booked. Already sent an email to [protected]@cinepolis.com but no response.
Want my money back asap with official communication through email that money has been refunded.
