[Resolved]  Cinepolis India — money got deducted but no tickets booked.

I tried to book tickets on the cinepolis india site, and my money got deducted from my bank account but ticket not booked. And i did not get any refund. I tried contacting cinepolis customer support but not able to, i tried to contact my bank but they too did not able to resolve my problem. So i am trying here to get resolution. Please reply as soon as possible. And please tell how can i contact you if possible.

If you wish, you can rebook your tickets. Furthermore, we request you to get in touch with your bank for assistance related to refund.

I have provided you UPI transaction id and money got deducted from my account and you are saying you have not received any amount, and [protected]@icici have received the amount and I have talked to them too and they said they had received the amount and transferred the respective amount to cinepolis and the transaction was successful.

Furthermore, we request you to get in touch with your bank for further assistance. Moreover, we request you to get back to us with the updated bank statement if the amount is not credited within 7 working days from the date of the transaction.
