[Resolved] Cinepolis India — money got deducted but no tickets booked. | |||
I tried to book tickets on the cinepolis india site, and my money got deducted from my bank account but ticket not booked. And i did not get any refund. I tried contacting cinepolis customer support but not able to, i tried to contact my bank but they too did not able to resolve my problem. So i am trying here to get resolution. Please reply as soon as possible. And please tell how can i contact you if possible. We would like to inform you that we have checked our system and have found that the amount was not received by us and hence we cannot refund. If you wish, you can rebook your tickets. Furthermore, we request you to get in touch with your bank for assistance related to refund.
