[Resolved] Cinepolis India — No confirmation or failure message on ticket booking | |||||
Booked 3 seats for baahubali 2 (Tamil), 8th may evening show, viviana mall cinepolis. Haven't received the m-ticket on my mobile phone. Booked via paytm. Got a transaction confirmation with id [protected] from paytm, but no confirmation from cinepolis. After half hour, the seats are still showing as booked on the website, which clears up on booking failure. Please forward to concerned party. Was this information helpful? | |||||
