[Resolved]  Cinepolis India — not able to redeem my cinepolis points

I have 106 points and today[protected] is the last date to redeem and I am unable to do that

When I select Club CinePolis option - It is not allowing me to go further.

"It says failed to purchase order "

Movie cost is 175 Rs and I have 106 points - I want to use my total points and I can pay the remaining money.

I sent an email to support already.
No solution till now

Thanks for writing to us. Please note that you can redeem your points partially at the Box Office only. However, to redeem all your points in a single transaction, the points should be equal to the ticket price.
