[Resolved] Cinepolis India — pending credit for failed booking | |||||
On 14th april i have tried the below 2 transaction (Total inr 1800/-) on cinepolis app to book baaghi 2 ticket at cineppolis westend mall, aundh pune. Both the time booking got failed but payment debited from mobikwik wallet. Order no#[protected] refer the attached image booking#1 inr 900/- Order no#[protected] refer the attached image booking#1 inr 900/- Total inr 1800/- Also refer the snapshot of communication with mobikwik where it is clearly mentioned that payment got successful & it is with cinepolis. Refer the attached communication with mobikwik. Since ticket was not booked hence i will urge cinepolis to credit inr 1800 to mobikwik wallet. It is very bizzare that cinepolis do not have any email id to contact?
