[Resolved] Cinepolis India — redemption of points | |
I am not able to redeem my cinepolis loyalty points on bookmyshow app While booking a ticket at cinepolis magnet mall bhandup west I have 270 points in cinepolis loyalty points Can i know why is it happening?? The website has a redeem points options but it doesnot take you to the web page for redemption. Kindly help me As soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |

The staff of Cinépolis and manager does not have manner how to talk to a female customer...and they denied to there mistakes...instead they are rude and misbehave nature with a female customer...that is very cheap
