Hi, I have booked tickets for theri movie on 13th april, but the transaction failed and the amount (685) got deducted from my icici account. I have tried it twice, but both the times amount got deducted, i have waited for 3 week for refund but the amount didn't get refunded. Please check and refund the amount Total amount : 1371. Payment is debitted twice but ticket only got booked for 1 time.

Today on 9 th may 2016 i booked 4 tickets of captain america civil war in 3d imax but money was debited from my account.
