[Resolved] Cinepolis India — refund not received- tamil movie eta mall | |||
On 14th July I booked three tickets for the tamil movie" Kadai kutty singam" at ETA Binnypet mall, Bangalore for 6.50pm show. The amount got deducted but did not receive the tickets. I rebooked the tickets through bookmyshow and got the tickets. On 30th July 2018, I got a message that amount of INR 765 would be refunded in 9 days. Till now I have not got the refund.
