[Resolved] Cinepolis India — refund not received- tamil movie eta mall | |||
On 14th July I booked three tickets for the tamil movie" Kadai kutty singam" at ETA Binnypet mall, Bangalore for 6.50pm show. The amount got deducted but did not receive the tickets. I rebooked the tickets through bookmyshow and got the tickets. On 30th July 2018, I got a message that amount of INR 765 would be refunded in 9 days. Till now I have not got the refund. While booking tickets via the website, you'll find Club Cinépolis option on the payment page. Click on the Club Cinépolis box and then proceed with the details to redeem your points. Furthermore. you can redeem your points partially at the Box Office only. However, to redeem all your points in a single transaction, the points should be equal to the ticket price.
