[Resolved] Cinepolis India — Regarding cinema tickets | |||||
Dear concern, I need your help. I had booked 5 movie tickets for baahubali conclusion for fun republic, lucknow via cinepolis through paytm at 6:11 pm on 6/may/17. Amount of 995 rs debited from my account however tickets were not booked. I contacted paytm for the issue. I was told that transaction against order id - 54832 of rs.985.90 is successful from their end and asked me to contact cinepolis for the same. I tried many times to call on your contact number [protected] but the call was not answered. Kindly do the needfull. I tried booking 7 tickets (Seats from 5 - 11) yesterday night for : Bahubali 2 for 4th June 15:50 @Cinepolis, Meenakshi Mall, Bangalore, using http://www.cinepolisindia.com.
Amount is deducted but the ticket confirmation is not received.
Pls issue tickets
