[Resolved] Cinepolis India — theatre - we were asked to leave in the middle of the movie | |||
My complaint is about fun cinemas sigma mall bangalore. (Spyder tamil 9:10pm show sep 27th 2017) Being one of the theatre chains in india, it's the worst maintained cinema hall ever. Luckily on a weekday all my friends agreed on the movie plan and we booked ticket in fun cinemas since their primary things seats and sound are pretty good.in the middle of the show, screen went off and we were only able to hear the audio. They came and told server was down and it would take sometime. After 15 minutes we were asked to leave since they couldnt do anything and we were promised that refund would be done. Since i booked it thorugh paytm, they told we would get from paytm only.in short they ruined my movie night. Was this information helpful? | |||

This is total lack of transparency in dealing & is a clear cut case of cheating. I expect not only a refund but a compensation as well. Awaiting a revert on HIGH PRIORITY.
