[Resolved] Cinepolis India — ticket booked once but money debited twice | |
I have booked 5 ticket on 22nd oct 2017 for 'secret superstar' movie for 16:45 show at cinepolis crm mall shahdara through cinepolis website. There are three debits of rs 1596.00 and one credit of rs. 1596.00 in my hdfc account. Please note that i have contacted hdfc bank and they have told to contact cinepolis for refund. "THOR : RAGNAROK". I have got the confirmation sms in my mobile ([protected])
but I am unable to download the M ticket. Also I haven't got any confirmation
email in my mail id that I mentioned at the time of booking
