Unable to redeem my club cinepolis points to book tickets for the movie. I got a message that you can redeem your points to get offer on next movie. but i was unable to redeem any points for the movie. How to redeem the points i have in my account. I have tried several times to redeem, but in your club cinepolis website, there is no option to redeem the points for tickets. Was this information helpful? | |
