Citrus Pay — Non refund of money by citrus pay | |||||
I am using citrus club app 1st time.i tried for pay my reliance electricty bill of Rs. 1, 560 on 29th Nov 2015.. Everything went fine however during payment transaction amount was detected from my bank account but bill payment was failed. In case the same is not reflecting in your account, please send us a bank statement from the date of transaction till date at [protected]@citruspay.com for further investigation.
