Citrus Pay — Non refund of money by citrus pay | |||||
I am using citrus club app 1st time.i tried for pay my reliance electricty bill of Rs. 1, 560 on 29th Nov 2015.. Everything went fine however during payment transaction amount was detected from my bank account but bill payment was failed. Can you please take quick action to get refund amount to my bank account or to my citrus account?? Mail id used for transaction is [protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||||

In reference to your complaint, please note that Citrus Txn Id: CTX[protected] for 1560 INR has failed and refunded at our end on 29th Nov. Ideally the funds should be reflecting in your account (Debit Card ending: 8030)
In case the same is not reflecting in your account, please send us a bank statement from the date of transaction till date at [protected]@citruspay.com for further investigation.
