[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — act fibernet payment | |||
We made a payment of rs.1239 on[protected] towards our monthly bill for act fibernet. While our bank account has been debited of the amount, the act fibernet page does not reflect the receipt of the same. We'd like to know when the amount will either be refunded to us or paid to act and how many working days it is going to take for this to happen? We hope you know that this is entirely unacceptable because the hitch occurred while making payment through your payment gateway.
