[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — Amount deducted but received by destination party

Hello citrus pay team, i have paid rs 500 on 20/09/2016 in the IST 2 pm for business.facebook account, amount was deducted from my account was not recieved by business.facebook, and i have money through canara bank net banking, its almost more than 24 hours and either amount has not been credited nor amount is not been recieved by my business facebook account, can you tel me where is my amount and its status,

I recharged my mobile via Citrus payment- Rs46/- . Money was been deducted from my account but recharge was not done
my transaction Id is [protected]. Please help me to either refund me my amount or get the recharge done.
