[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — Amount did not reach the merchant | |
Respective sir/madam I was placing a order on Zara India on 17th of June, 2021 and had opt for payment via UPI. Then I did the payment through PAYTM for which Zara had use citrus payment gateway. I did the transaction via [protected]@axisbank and money got debited from my account but Zara didn’t receive the amount because of which they cancelled my order from their side as it kept pending . I haven’t been initiated refund . Kindly check my concern and give me refund of my money at the earliest. Was this information helpful? | |
