Hey, while payment on given link www.exam.ignou.ac.in, amount successfully deducted from my account but error message display in citrus return page. Here is enclosed screenshot of error page. I also checked there are no roll back of amount found.

Here is other details:
Transaction Ref No. - [protected] on dated 14th March 2017 at 15:37:53 Hrs.

Please do the needful as soon as possible. Thank you.
