[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — citrus payment solutions payment deducted from my bank twice for jipmer but still application not successful

I was trying to make payment for jipmer mbbs admission test 2018 thru citrus pay on 25.3.2018. Payment deducted from my axis bank net banking via citrus, payment was successful but it failed to credit to jipmer and still not updated in jipmer application form.
The details are inb/[protected]/citrus payment solutions p.

Please review and reverse rs.1513/28 to my axis bank bank account at the earliest.

• Citrus, Merchant and Bank reference number.
• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• Transaction date along with the amount.
• Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
• First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.
• UPI / VPA if any used

Below is the message from Axis bank.

"Hello! Your A/c no. 684476 has been debited by Rs. 1513.28 on 25Mar18. The A/c balance is Rs. 38981.28.Info: INB/[protected]/CITRUS PAYMENT SOLUTIONS P "
Does this suffice or what else you need.
Phone : [protected]
This is second incident with CITRUS.
Please reverse Rs.1513/28 to my AXIS bank bank account at the earliest.
