[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — comedk exam fee payment

Updated by Varun MN Yeahh I have raised another complaint with full details at this portal please check that. My bank balance shows the deduction of ₹1600 for Citrus payment solutions Pvt Ltd please do the needful and refund the money.

Hello,

I was paying for my comedk exam fee and citrus payments was the gateway for the transaction. While upi payment of rs 1, 600 was processing, the citrus payment gateway site showed up a timed out message, and within 2 next secs the payment was successful from my upi app (Google pay) and even my bank's passbook shows a deduction of amount rs 1, 600 to citrus solutions pvt ltd. When i inquired about it with the comedk authorities and showed them up the screenshots and the details of transaction, they say, the payment has not reached them.
Perhaps, the amount of rs 1, 600 deducted from my bank is stuck at the citrus solutions pvt ltd. I kindly request you to check for the following transaction details and revert the amount back to my bank.
