[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — delay in the refund

Hi! I have done the payment for shopping at zara app through citrus via google pay of amount rs. 3470. The payment got deducted from my account but the order showed pending and the ordered was cancelled due to pending payment. The transaction was done on 17/01/2020 and still not got any information regarding the refund. It's already been more than a month kindly do the refund. Please find the attachments

The amount has been refunded to your source account on[protected] and should reflect into your account within 3 to 5 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and bank holiday).

Please check with your issuing bank in you have not received the amount.

but the paywas not submitted to hpcl. i am not sure what will happen to 850.50

As checked the above mentioned transaction with UPI reference number UPI4626920003187275438 got failed. Further, the amount for same has been refunded on 02 /03/2020 and you will receive the same amount in your source account within 5-7 working days.
