[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — Excess amount got debited from my ICICI bank | |||||
I made a online payment to Star Health Insurance from my ICICI savings account on 26th August 2016. Amount to be paid was 9631/- whereas during online payment i have tried thrice, since myself and Star Health team did not receive payment receipt confirmation. Amount paid - 9631/- Excess Amount debited from account was - 9631 x 2 = 19262/- Contacted both Star Health Online team and my ICICI customer care team, there is no clarity on where my amount got held up. They are suspecting that payment got held in citrus payment gate due to some technical error. Requesting your support on resolving this issue. Was this information helpful? | |||||
