Sir i have booked a ticket on essar travels in the name of s.deepa on 02 10 2016 using my SBI debit card. and the payment of Rs.300 has been detucted from my SBI AC. but the screen was shown trnsaction failure. and the payment was not got throuh to essar travels. plese refun my debited amount immediatly. thank oyou. essar_citrus txn no.[protected]. I'm Nayana Priyadarsiny, I was doing online purchase through voonik on 28/09/2016 qith net banking the amount was deducted through citrus but the order was not received. The transaction is CITRUSPAY-[protected]-CLIENTCODE. 6044 has been deducted. I want my money to be refunded as soon as possible
