[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — Failure of payment to ghmc, hyderabad but payment deducted by icici bank

I made property tax payment of rs 3341on[protected] at 12:27 pm to greater hyderabad municipal corporation through citrus payment solutions. Icici bank deducted rs 3345.60 (Including rs. 4.60 as charges from my account indicating payment is successful (Bank transaction id [protected] on[protected]. However ghmc indicated failure of the above transaction. If the said transaction is a failure, kindly arrange for refund.
