[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — for the purchase of software of gemology from astrovision

Address:1st Floor,White Tower,Kuchhippafi Road,Thammanam,Cochin, 680032

I had made payment using upi by clicking on the payment link & the gateway was citrus payment solution.
The party from whom i had initiated proceedings was astro vision future tech pvt ltd, thammanam, cochin failed to get the payment in his account even after the lapse of more than 18hrs.
The party is still claiming non-receipt of payment.
What should be done.

• Citrus, Merchant and Bank reference number.
• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• Transaction date along with the amount.
• Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
• First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.
• UPI / VPA if any used

Your Citrus Txn ID OL[protected] processed on[protected] for 7000.00 INR has failed. Banks generally take 7 to 10 working days (Excluding Saturday, Sunday and bank holiday) to refund the amount back to the customer's source account. We appreciate your patience in the interim.

I have made an payment through sundirect app to Citrus Solutions who is the payment gateway on 25/07/2019 of Rs.333 and the customer service of sundirect is been telling that they have not received the payment I am worried about what happened about the money
