Citrus Payment Solutions — ghmc property tax payment - amount not credited even after 3 days in ghmc

I had paid my property tax payment rs.2016 for ghmc for ptin no: [protected] by citrus pay on 08.04.2020 (Ref no: [protected]) and it was successful. But it is not yet updated in ghmc system and showing dues even after 3 days. I feel that they have not yet credited my payment amount to ghmc yet. It is not right on the part of citrus pay. Please do the needful at the earliest.

Has my issue been escalated to Citrus Pay?

Citrus Pay has by far the worst customer care resolution mechanism. They are not bothered to respond to customer issues. Pathetic customer care.

If this is the worst service they are providing I would also request GHMC to consider removal of Citrus Pay payment service in GHMC app

I will discuss the ICICI Bank UPI transaction with ICICI Bank. But meanwhile pls explain me as how did you give me a transaction success receipt from Citrus Pay when you say that transaction is pending with bank end. Amount has also been debited from my ICICI bank account. I am reattaching the transaction success receipt received from citrus pay after payment. Pl check from your end as to why it is so that you give success receipt for a pending transaction?

I had checked with ICICI Bank and there is no UPI pending transaction pending for payment. Also amount Rs.2016 was debited from my account on 8th April 2020 and there is no amount reversal.

Also as per the Receipt given by Citrus Pay it is clearly mentioned that transaction of amount Rs2016 is successful from my UPI ID to VPA ID [protected]@axisbank.
I am again for 3rd time reattaching the transaction success receipt received from Citrus Pay. Request you to check the details from your side on high priority and solve this issue.
