[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — hp gas online payment debited, however distributor denies payment | |||
Booked and made payment at http://ezpay.hpcl.co.in//ezypay//h//[protected] on 21 Oct. Options selected was to use Citrus Payment Gateway and mode of payment was UPI. The distributor insists that payment has not been made. Queried UPI (Google Pay) for status. They state that its successful. Raised the concern with Citrus Grievance Team/ Nodal Officer via eMail. All I was able to receive is an automated mail and new case id for every mail. The parent Case ID is 05580044. Was this information helpful? | |||

Now have paid in cash and received the refill..
There is no costumer care no. Of paymantra or hp gas..
