[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — ICICI prudential insurance | |||
On 8 th December 200000 has been debited from my ICiCi credit card account through citrus payment gateway Again on 9 th December 200000 has been debited from my ICICI credit card account, When contacted the bank and ICICI prudential people they informed and assured me that amount would be credited back within 2-3 working days. Even after 9 days still not credited to my account, I'm not able to do any further online transactions, If the mistake would have been my side just imagine, On how many headings you would have penalized me . This amounts serious service lapses in the present situation and circumstances. I'm forwarding the same complaint to PMO ( PrimeMinister's office) Kindly do the needful to transfer my hard earned money immediately to my credit card account- Prudential policy number[protected].
