Sir I had made a payment or rs. 10, 101.66 through internet banking from my saving account in state bank through kotak mahindra - citrus payment gateway. The details of transaction are as below (Sbi transaction referance no. I) Transaction ref. No. : igacuzoqp4 Ref no: : [protected] igacuzoqp4 Transaction date and time : 31 janury 2018 at 9.50 am Beneficiary : delhi jal board Though the amount is debited to my account, the same is not credited in jal board account even after a period of 9 days.
