[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — Money deducted from account without any reference id | |||
Hi, I have made a online payment of 673.51 to svs gas agency on 24/01/2017 by using icici online payment mode.. i did not get confirmation of successful transaction but amount was deducted. there was no reference id generated. if transaction was successful, i need to provide proof to gas agency and the receipt was not generated. please assist m eon this. I have made a payment of Rs.800/- to RIE, CEE towards fees. But regret to say that the said amount already deducted from my account but at time of receipt generation it was shown error. My Transaction Ref No. is "IGABDXYJT6" dtd.19.04.2017.
Therefore, I request you please guide me how I get that receipt or please send the receipt to my mail ID : [protected]@gmail.com
