[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — money deduction problem | |||||
I'm koilada sandeep, i recently opened my kotak 811 account and tried to deposit Rs.2000 in this a/c from my SBI Net banking but at the time of transaction conformation from your site, your site has been terminated. but money from my sbi a/c has been deducted (ref .no : [protected]IGACNUPGF4) and the kotak 811 a/c has not been credited. so, please solve my problem as early as possible. Hi, i did two transactions on 11th Dec of 1500 and 200. Money debited in app but credit in bank account. Its an urgency please look into this and update the status

I have made a payment to open account in kotak mahindra bank. My refrence no. Is [protected]IGACNMXEM5. Payment is also successful, but amount is not added to my kotak account.
