-i have opened a account into kotak mahindra bank, -i have transfer amount rs.1000 through citrus payment on 19/sep/2018 From my syndicate bank account to kotak mahindra bank account, -payment mode was online . -but amount is not credited to the kotak mahindra bank yet.
