Hello this is kevin mathew joseph from kerala. I transferred amount of rupees 10000 to my kotak 811 account using SBI net banking. The citrus payment solution page got timed out and 10000 rupees were deducted from my SBI account. And there isnt been any money deposited in my Kotak 811 account. Dear sir i was pay my sol fee's Rs 3400 at 5th december 2017 . The payment was debit my account but not updated to Sol . And the payment is paid by Citrus pay. So please sir resolve this problem as soon as possible.
