Citrus Payment Solutions — net banking transaction timed out while depositing in kotak 811, but the amount was debited from my other bank account.

Hello this is kevin mathew joseph from kerala. I transferred amount of rupees 10000 to my kotak 811 account using SBI net banking. The citrus payment solution page got timed out and 10000 rupees were deducted from my SBI account. And there isnt been any money deposited in my Kotak 811 account. I request you to please help me out and get the refund as soon as possible.

Dear sir i was pay my sol fee's Rs 3400 at 5th december 2017 . The payment was debit my account but not updated to Sol . And the payment is paid by Citrus pay. So please sir resolve this problem as soon as possible.
