[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — nios payment not clear but amount deducted from my account

I made a payment by online sbi of 4510/- to nios for dled course on 25th sep 2017, 4510/- duducted from my sbi bank a/c but still payment is not clear, and nios is demanding 4500/- as fee.
Payment details is - ref no. - igacbuxbe2

So it is my request that please clear my payment as soon is posdible
