[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — online payment issue for hp gas booking | |||||
Hello, I'm Manohara J from Kolar, karnataka state. I would like to give a complaint regarding the online payment transaction for HP gas booking. Consumer no:626029 Consumer name:Mr.Jayaramegowda M Registered mobile no: [protected] Actually my complaint is, I was book the HP gas cylinder on[protected], around 7.35am, with booking reference No is: 539148, and bill was INR 838.17. I did this bill payment through online using the link as follows: http://ezpay.hpcl.co.in//ezypay//h//[protected]. I paid the amount 838.17 Rs on the Date:[protected], at 12.49.35pm, in paymantra site, with transaction No was:[protected] But even though I paid the bill, agency was not delivered the gas cylinder to my home, because he said that " we still did not receive the money from the hp office" . So I raised the complaint regarding this issue in the HP office. And in between the dates due to emergency need, I got the cylinder on[protected] by cash payment with INR836.50. So here i make out the point that, I paid the bill twice for a cylinder (one is through online mode, and another is through cash mode). After I got the cylinder, again i complained to HP Office to return my Online payment amount (838.17) to my bank, But HP care executive told that " Your online bill amount will be transfer to next deduction and in next booking Your Bill will be generated with INR 838.17 deduction, and you need pay only difference amount if that is more than 838.17". After many complaints I came into October, month, and as usually I booked the gas cylinder on[protected] in online (HP app) with book ref no was: [protected], bill generated with INR 896.19. But my actual complaint is, for this booking, as your executive said in the last month(Sepetember) online payment amount (838.17) is not yet deducted, & without that amount deduction the bill was generated (896.19). and i gave a complaint about this on[protected] for this issue.. with complaint ID:[protected]Reopened) now they are telling is still HP office is not recieved my online transaction amount(838.17) which is done in th emonth of secp-07-2019. and they suggested me to contact the Pay mantra Care Executive, they will help you and share your problem with tham and share required details/attachments to them like that, So only I'm writing a complaint to you. At the same time I took confirmation from my bank, as they said, " amount already drawn from Merchant from your account for that transaction on 7-9-2018, @12.48pm. Ref no: PRCR/[protected] Plz help me, to get sovle this problem. I hope my problem will solve very shortly in your special care.
