I had made payment against movie through ticketnew.com. On 02/08/2017 at 7:10 pm. For amount rs 210 through axis bank internet banking. Payment process failed at the end of transaction (After otp was input). My axis bank account has been debit for this amount but ticketnew.com says no ticket generated I have received email from axis bank indicating my account has been debited for rs 210.79/- with info: inb/[protected]/citrus payment solution Please let me know if this transaction is successful or the amount will be credited back to my account. I was paying rs 3288 for NIOS exam fee on 1st August 2017 at 10:47pm . With transaction number txn #[protected] the amount was debited but the web portal shows transaction failure. The money is not yet refund in my account so kindly arrange to refund to the incurred amount
